Client Support and General Administration
Affirmative Software Technologies has been providing internet solutions to businesses in the Golden Horseshoe and not-for-profit organizations across North America for over ten years.

We are looking for an individual that can help us keep pace with our expanding needs in client support related to our volunteer management software and with the general administration related to the operations of a small office. Your roles will be divided between training clients on the use of our software (from our office in a web meeting) and providing direct assistance to the company owner related to general administration and marketing. We offer some flexibility in hours and company paid benefits package.


Required

Impeccably organized
Proficient in the basics of MS Word and Excel
Comfortable working to deadlines and managing a variety of tasks
Comfortable working in a team environment
Comfortable learning new processes
Able to spot opportunities for improvement and provide appropriate suggestions
Articulate in communications with clients and other team members
Experienced using the internet for researching, shopping, blogging or social networking


Definitely an asset but not required:

A volunteer at one or more nonprofits
Conversational fluency in French or Spanish
Teaching, coaching or tutoring experience
